La Chorrera waterfall hiking tour Bogota
Starting from Bogota we will drive some kilometers behind the Bogota´s east hills going up until 3.400 meters a.s.l and crossing the Andes peaks to arrive in a bit warmer and lower area 45 minutes from Bogotá.
Our guide and you will do a hiking through natural scenery and mountains to discover the base of the first waterfall, El Chiflon. You’ll have the opportunity to walk behind the waterfall and touch it.
Then we will keep going through the native forest for around 1.5 kilometers, enjoying our exotic native ecosystem to finally arrive at La Chorrera Waterfall with 590 mts.
There you will have the oportunity to relax a bit, enjoy the view and take some pictures.
After visiting La Chorrera waterfall you’ll be back at the starting point where we will offer you a great lunch with ingredients harvested by local farmers and then we will drive back to Bogota.

RECOMMENDATION: Bring hiking shoes otherwise snickers are good too and a rain jacket (waterproof) will be helpful. A change of socks with a pair of shoes are recommended in case of a rainy day and muddy road.
